Ginger Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

✅ 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (or ½ tsp dried ginger powder)
✅ 1 cup water

Instructions:

1️⃣ Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.
2️⃣ Grate or slice fresh ginger and add it to the water.
3️⃣ Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the water turns golden.
4️⃣ Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup.

Best Time to Drink: evening

cinnamon tea:

☕️ Ingredients:

• 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

• 1 cup (250 ml) water

• 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) to the boiling water.
  3. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup (if using a cinnamon stick).
  5. Add lemon juice if desired.
  6. Stir well and enjoy your warm cinnamon tea

Best Time to Drink: morning empty stomach
